What is the form of employment?
The preferred form of employment is always an employment contract, but we are open to other forms of cooperation.
Do you pay weekly wages?
No – we settle monthly regardless of the form of cooperation.
How can I apply for the selected position?

How long does the recruitment process take?
Typically 1–2 weeks. For specialized positions, this time may be longer.
When will I receive feedback?
We will contact every candidate who has passed the initial selection process. We aim to notify all applicants within 7-14 days.
What does a recruitment interview look like?
The interview takes place online or in-person. It consists of sections on experience, technical competencies, and questions about financial expectations and availability.
Do you require medical examinations or health and safety training before employment?
Yes, after successfully passing the recruitment process, we refer the candidate to a medical examination and occupational health and safety training – we cover their costs.
Can I apply if I don't have all the experience required in the ad?
Yes, we always consider candidates with potential. Some roles offer training opportunities.
What does the new employee onboarding process look like?
Each person undergoes onboarding, including on-the-job training, team orientation, and mentoring for the first few weeks.
In what locations do you recruit?
We recruit for projects throughout Poland and – depending on current contracts – also abroad.
Does the company provide accommodation for projects carried out away from home?
Yes – in the case of a business trip, we provide accommodation and transport to the workplace.

What experience is required for the position of Electrical Works Manager?
We require specialized education, SEP supervisory qualifications, experience in conducting electrical works and the ability to coordinate a team and subcontractors.
Are construction qualifications required for the position of Electrical Works Manager?
Yes – to perform independent functions in construction, qualifications in the installation (electrical) specialty are required.
Does a Construction Engineer need to have experience?
Basic experience is welcome, but we also accept people with a degree in a specific field who want to develop in the industry.
What tasks does a Construction Engineer perform?
Responsibilities include construction supervision, maintaining technical documentation, collaborating with the construction manager and subcontractors, and verifying materials and schedules.
What requirements do you place on the Foreman?
We expect experience in leading a team, knowledge of technical documentation, and the ability to organize group work.
Does a Foreman have to do physical work?
As a rule, yes – it is a position combining organizational duties with field work.
What qualifications are required for an Excavator Operator?
Valid category I or III qualifications in accordance with IMBiGS regulations and experience in working on construction sites are required.
Does the company provide protective equipment and clothing?
Yes – we provide full occupational health and safety equipment, including clothing and required personal protective equipment.
Does an electrician need to have SEP qualifications?
Yes – SEP operating qualifications (E) are required. Additional qualifications are an asset.
What is the typical scope of duties of an Electrician/Wireman?
This includes, among other things, performing electrical installations, installing accessories, taking measurements, diagnosing faults, and collaborating with the team in project implementation.
